The beach at the Tyrrhenian sea is called Gulf Policastro and is a more diverse resort regarding the natural surrounding. It also has steep parts and small beaches, but the sea has a stunning crystal-clear color everywhere. Basilicata is a perfect place for a varied beach vacation as the water can be calm and warm, but also agitated and howling. You can experience the many faces of the water life while you choose from many tourist activities in Basilicata including sailing, scuba diving or fishing.
